This is a “House Shack” It’s the 54′ apartment on the lake to get away from it all. Everything works inside and has been upgraded. One queen size bedroom with Smart TV and a pull out couch. The engines are “johnny” 70 but do not start. They turn over but no spark. Generator also turns over but need attention. All water and electrical from the shore works perfectly (new hose and cord). Two air conditioners (one brand new) keeps the boat nice and cold. This boat was lived in by the last owner and is slipped at Las Vegas Marina. The slip is transferable and now the marina has over 100 person waiting list. Also I have A full top cover available.
