This classic design is a great sailing vessel, known for seaworthiness. Hull #144, produced out of the Hong Kong shipyard, this vessel underwent a major retrofit from 2010-2013, from the mast to the keel. Including: Complete bottom refinish with three coats of bottom paint, new LP paint, interior and exterior; both standing & running rigging replaced, and rigged for single-handed sailing; life lines replaced; all bolts replaced with stainless steel; new rolar furlar & 135% headsail replaced; new quantum loose-footed mainsail, old engine replaced with a Yanmar1GM10 (pushes hull speed @ 2500rpm); teak decking resurfaced and resealed with Maritime; electrical system rewired. Dimensions: LOA: 28 ft., LWL: 20 ft. 9 in., Beam: 7 ft. 9 in. This little vintage beauty has been well-taken care of and regularly maintained and is priced to sell.
