Overall good condition with a Dodger. No major issues. Standing and running rigging in good shape. Gelcoat in good shape for it’s age. It’s a fast sailboat and also a floating condo that sleeps 6.
Engine—Universal/Kabuto XP 25. Rebuilt with less that 10 hours on engine. New rings, injector pump, full set of gaskets, exhaust system, alternator, fuel pump, fuel lines and filters, fan belt. Motor has great compression. New engine blower fan. Fuel tank removed and inside cleaned.
Sails—Main in good shape. Roller furling with a custom 138 headsail and two windows on the gib to see on coming traffic. Sail is in good shape with name of boat on the sail.
Electronics—Auto pilot with new belt. OLD radar that works sometime, same with the chart plotter.
Hull—Painted in 2017. Diver services the hull once a month. Last report was good to fair on the paint.
Interior—Hot an cold pressure water. New sink faucets in the galley and head. New head in 2017. Natural gas two burner stove with oven. Double sinks in the galley with counter space for cooking. Large icebox. Cushions in fair condition through out the boat. Large aft berth and lots of storage thought out the boat. Nav table. One starter battery and two house batteries.
Lighting—custom interior lights, looks great at night. Lights on the spreaders for night work on the foredeck. Bow and stern lights.
Cockpit—large cockpit with cushions in fair condition. Cup holders and pop up table. New wheel cables installed in 2017
