We would like to sell our share of our house boat. There are 5 other families that own part of the vessel and we have three remaining stays for the year for our share. The schedule is every six weeks and the share owner must be present on the vessel during the week, it cant be loaned out you must be with your guests while the boat is out of dock.
The boat is named Pier Pressure and there are so many wonderful accommodations on the boat:

– Mini Freezer
– BBQ Grill (on 2nd level)
– Was recently dry docked for yearly maintenance
